Titanic ,Triumph and Tragedy.
This is a real "coffee table book".
I was brought this one for last Christmas, it`s big, it` thick, it`s stuffed full with pictures of ship/deck plans,
crew,passengers,interiors ect.

Excellent Book!!!! For all Titanic fans
3/24/98 This book is the best book on the Titanic. It has great pictures, great text, and even the whole passenger list. This book even has color pictures that show amazing photos of the famous chandeliers inside the wreck!! It is very informative and has a lot of facts. Raise The Titanic.

This is a must have book
although you must remember that it was written before R.Ballard had found found the Titanic.
The story involves the recovery of a rare radio-active element from the wreck to complete a
star-wars type project. Intrigue , action , suspense , romance , double-dealing , politics and a
hero who`s a cross between R.Ballard/James Bond/Arnie/and Clive Cussler himself.
The central character Dirk Pitt is a real mans man who seems to be virtually indestructible with the intuition of Sherlock Holmes.
This was the second Titanic related book that I acquired and I can wholeheartedly recommend this
book and anything else by Clive Cussler.

Possibly the best TITANIC fiction book ever
I first read this book 20 years ago, & it started me on a TITANIC obsession that is now, for me, starting its' 3rd decade. Admittedly, some of the book seems a little more trite to me today then it did as a teenager, but I still rate it as one of the best (too bad the movie was such a stinker), and I still have that dog-eared copy from the '70's. Well worth the money, And a great action-intrigue type thriller if you're just looking for a good read.
